“An absolutely wonderful experience... This review is for people, like me, that have never used a professional landscaping company and had no idea what to expect. We have a small 600 sq ft back yard that was blah and water intensive... all grass and plants. We wanted something that would look great and where we could eat and entertain. I looked at several DYI videos. These videos made me realize how much work is involved, especially if it is done right. We requested quotes from three highly rated firms. “We had Droughtscape re-landscape our backyard last fall and they did such an amazing job we had them come back out to fix up our front yard. The front yard was a jungle that they quickly cleaned up and then once we decided what plants/shrubs/trees to save, they worked around those to design an awesome looking landscape. They repaved and widened our walkway with interlocking pavers that look fantastic and used the same style pavers to extend our driveway a couple of feet for some added parking space. “You are in very good hands with this team. They are top-to-bottom professionals who really go the extra mile, down to the last little detail. They're also super nice guys, who are a pleasure and actually fun to work with. My partner and I moved to a new place last year, and our backyard was in complete disarray (we're talkin' fully uninhabitable). But the group at Droughtscape completely transformed all the debris and chaos into a sleek, clean, and modern backyard that we are now THRILLED to spend time in. We brought these guys on to completely demo our cracked and worn upper patio, replacing it with custom-designed pavers that they poured on-site, as well as level all the multiple terraced planting areas with soil -- adding drip irrigation, pebbles, and mulch throughout -- and build a 60ft ipe wood fence along the side of the property. They also designed and installed a custom built-in bench with the same wood on the lower patio. We opted to do all the planting ourselves, but they were still extremely helpful, and offered their guidance and suggestions for plant ideas and placement, even after their job was already done! I should note too that this was all done in a yard on a VERY severe hill that you have to hike down 3 floors from the street to get to - with only a narrow walkway on the side of the house to haul supplies. These guys even hand-built a wooden chute to be able to shuttle supplies down to the yard more efficiently.
